Database Administrator
The Database Professional is a highly skilled associate in database architecture, infrastructure, security and integration. They possess good technical skills to provide some leadership and best practices for designing, implementing, and maintaining an efficient, secure, and reliable database infrastructure for systems within T. Rowe. This person possesses an adequate understanding of T. Rowe Price’s business functions and systems. Additionally, this position is responsible for analysis, modeling, administration and integration as it relates to the business requirements for transactional and data warehousing purposes.
Help Desk Supervisor
The Help Desk Escalated Support Supervisor provides day-to-day supervision of Escalated Customer Support staff, ensuring timely and efficient resolution and escalation of impacting issues. The position monitors team performance, addresses urgent impacting issues immediately with individuals and support personnel across GBS&T. The position also oversees the maintenance of the Global Support Center and other technology-related project work and development for the broader Help Desk. The position provides coaching and feedback regarding individual performance and addresses performance issues real time. Additionally, the Help Desk Escalated Support Supervisor may answer customer requests via phone and email and be required to establish, maintain and participate in on-call rotations for off hour support of business personnel.

The Database Architect is an expert in database architecture, infrastructure, security and integration. They possess strong technical skills to provide leadership and best practices for designing, implementing, and maintaining an efficient, secure, and reliable database infrastructure for many complex systems. This person possesses a thorough understanding of T. Rowe Price’s business functions and systems. Additionally, this position is responsible for analysis, modeling, administration and integration as it relates to the business requirements for transactional and data warehousing purposes. The Database Architect participates in strategic planning efforts in line with our Database Strategy.
Programmer Analyst
Under general direction, the Programmer Analyst develops low to moderately complex code or programs within business applications and supports or enhances existing business applications to ensure project requirements and business needs are met.
