NIST Unveils P3 Process to Accelerate Cyber Solutions

Thanks to support by Senator Barbara Mikulski, the National Institute of Standards and Technology unveiled details of how their new $10M Cyber Center of Excellence will develop secure information technology products. Initially focusing on adopting secure health IT products, the Center will gradually expand. Bill Newhouse, NIST’s Cybersecurity Coordinator, will be a featured panelist at CyberMaryland 2012 and provide additional insight to prospective partners.
